We are a historical group focused on educating people about the American Civil War.
We meet on the second Tuesday of the month, February-May & September-November at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall (lower level) at the First Congregational Church at 2001 Niles Ave., St. Joseph, MI. Doors open at 6:00 pm.
We take at least one big trip per year to Civil War Battlefields. We hire the best guides through our network of Civil War experts giving the attendees a very special tour! We also organize shorter day trips and events.
Our group has raised funds to "adopt" the battle flags of the 6th & 12th Michigan Infantry Regiments, and we have made two trips to Lansing to have personal tours of the Flag Vault with Matt VanAcker, Co-Chair of "Save the Flags".
